How do I use the card at fuel service station?

Insert your Fuel Card into the card slot at the pump island > Enter your 4-digit PIN > Follow onscreen instruction > Fill up > Press for receipt.

**Receipt will only show gross prices, discounts will be reflected in the monthly invoices and account deduction.

What would my credit limit for the card be and can I change my credit limit?

Customers can choose the credit amount upon registration by depositing the corresponding amount.

Do I have to pay any subscription or annual fees for the fuel card?

The card is totally free of charge.

Is there any expiry date for the fuel card?

The physical card will be valid for 2 years from the date of the card printed. However, a replacement card will be issued to you upon expiry of the card.

What happens if my fuel transaction at the service station is beyond the credit limit?

The card will not allow the transaction to go beyond the credit limit.

Is there any restriction on the type of fuel I can pump using my card?

No, all fuel types can be pumped.

Why do I need to place a deposit / prepayment? The deposit can be used as credits to offset your fuel transaction

Why are the prices indicated on the physical receipt different from the monthly invoice?

The prices on the receipt are full pump price before discount.

How do I receive my monthly statement?

You will receive your monthly statement through Speedy® App

When do I need to make payment?

Payment will be automatically deducted from your account credits.

How can I reload my fuel card?

You can send reload through Speedy® App under Fuel Cards->Select Top Up->Choose the amount you wish to reload->Pay.

How do I make payment?

You can make payment by going to the Speedy® App when you reload

Can I split my payment into two (2) separate payment methods?

Do take note that split payment is not allowed.

Do you accept payment by cash / cheque?

We only accept Paynow/ Credit cards/ Bank transfer. Payment must be made via Speedy® App payment gateway.

Can I change the card pin myself at fuel service station?

Please contact us to request a new PIN.

I have spent $1000 on my credit card. Why did I not receive the 8% cashback?

Please ensure that you have used our suggested credit card for maximum cashback as advertised.

Individual banking institutions may have different caps on cashback amount.

Why there is a 2.5% admin fee?

2.5% admin fee is applicable for credit card payment mode only. 

Where can I see my available credit?

The available balance will be displayed on your Speedy® App.

What happens if I lost my card?

Please report immediately if your card is lost.

NB Auto Pte Ltd will not be held responsible for any charges incurred due to the loss of the card.

Any stored value on the lost card will be considered void.
